When the government's reimbursement doesn't cover what it actually costs to ship your vehicle, our grant program helps close the gap.

How the grant works

We calculate your eligible assistance based on your actual shipping cost, what the government reimburses, and our per-vehicle and per-case limits. Grants are paid directly toward your qualified shipping expenses.

Per-POV and per-case assistance caps
Government reimbursement is applied first
Sponsor funding can supplement or replace a grant
Priority tiers: CT6, ILC volunteers, then all eligible applicants

What you'll need

• Your orders (PCS, TDY, ETS, or EAS)
• Vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN)
• Shipping cost estimate or invoice
• Government reimbursement statement
• A short impact statement

Eligibility at a glance

Active duty, reserve, National Guard, veterans, retirees, and their families. Priority for CT6 service members, active ILC volunteers, E-4 and below, and hardship cases.
